Launched in 1978, NS 10s became “the speaker Recording Engineers have relied upon for decades. It is important to know that these speakers are passive (unpowered).
These speakers were largely popularized by Bob Clearmountain (Brian Adams, Crowded House, The Stones, The Northern Pikes) in the 80’s and 90’s.
The speakers are no longer manufactured and are a sought after piece of Studio Gear.
This pair had the tweeters replaced about 8 years ago and then put in storage. They sound exactly like they did when they were purchased.
